Mentors Plus– People Listening, Understanding and Sharing. This program pairs a trained adult volunteer with a young person in a one-on-one basis to provide adult companionship and guidance to a young person in need of a positive role model. We need more adult volunteers to match with the many children we have on a waiting list. Please call our office at (248) 586-8700 to talk about volunteer opportunities in this program.

 Ferndale Youth Assistance Board Meetings – FYA holds their Board Meetings on the fourth Tuesday of every month at 12:00 pm in the main conference room at Ferndale High School, which is located at 881 Pinecrest, Ferndale, MI 48220. Please come and learn about Ferndale Youth Assistance and meet the volunteers who are involved in our organization.
